spkt4 Platform Usage

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("Member") and spkt4 ("Company", "we"). This Agreement governs the entire relationship between you and spkt4 in connection with the use of the website, services, gaming products and all functions available on this platform.

By accessing the spkt4 website, registering an account, making a deposit, joining any game or using any service we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the entire contents of this Agreement. This acceptance is final and takes effect from the moment you begin using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the spkt4 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have valid legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your MyKad, active mobile number, valid email address and any other required information. Providing false information is a serious violation of this Agreement.

spkt4 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may involve a request for a copy of your MyKad or passport. This is a standard security measure that protects your account from unauthorised use.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the spkt4 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Account security responsibility rests entirely with you as a member:

• Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
• Do not allow any other individual to use your account for any reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spkt4 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after successful verification.

Payment methods accepted by spkt4 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All deposits must come from an account registered in your own name. spkt4 does not accept deposits from third parties.

For withdrawals, spkt4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving the first withdrawal or any withdrawal of a certain amount. This is a protective measure to ensure funds are only sent to the rightful account owner.

Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes. spkt4 reserves the right to review any deposit suspected of being intended for money laundering or other illegal activities, and will take appropriate action including reporting to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by spkt4 are subject to wagering requirements and specified time limits. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies aimed solely at meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk ("bonus abuse"), may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Welcome Bonus: spkt4 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

6 Permitted User Conduct

By using the spkt4 platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Owning, using or attempting to use more than one account.
• Using software, bots or automation tools to play or manipulate games.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including credit card fraud or unauthorised chargeback transactions.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game software for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Distributing obscene, threatening or offensive content on spkt4's communication platforms.
• Using the spkt4 platform for any activities related to money laundering.

Violations of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and possible legal action where appropriate.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the spkt4 platform — including but not limited to graphic designs, user interfaces, text, logos, images, software, trade names and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of spkt4 or our authorised licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the content on this platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Copying, redistributing, selling or commercialising any platform content.
• Modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the platform software.
• Using the spkt4 trade name without written permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

The spkt4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spkt4 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted continuity of service, or the accuracy of information displayed.

To the extent permitted by law, spkt4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity.
• Service disruptions due to technical maintenance or unexpected failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• Changes to rules, game products or bonus structures.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

spkt4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a member's account at any time if:

• A violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions occurs.
• There is suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering or the use of bots.
• The member provides false information during registration or the KYC process.
• A court order or directive from an authority requires it.

Conversely, you also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting spkt4's customer service via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all active wagering requirements must be completed or cancelled first. Any remaining cash balance (real money, not bonus funds) after deducting any active bonuses will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.

10 Amendments to Terms

spkt4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website at spkt4.com.

We will endeavour to notify you of material changes via a notice on the website or through your registered account email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after such amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable legal principles of the international licensing jurisdiction under which spkt4 operates.

Should any dispute arise between you and spkt4, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first so that a resolution can be sought through mutual discussion. spkt4 is committed to handling every complaint transparently and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a resolution through discussion is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the international licensing authority that issued the operating licence to spkt4.
